1. The principle
A cookie, or local storage, is a small piece of information the website places in your browser to remember something between two pages or two visits. On this website, everything that is not needed to work is off by default. The consent banner asks you once; you can change your choice at any time at the bottom of this page.
2. Necessary storage (always on)
It only makes the website work. It does not identify you and is not sent to anyone.
| Name | Role | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| oxsea-cart-v2 | Your cart contents (references, quantities), saved in the browser's local storage. | Until you empty it |
| oxsea-consent-v2 | Your cookie choice, so we do not ask again. | Until you clear it |
| oxsea-ship-country-v1 | The delivery country chosen in the cart, to show the matching shipping costs. | Until you clear it |
| oxsea-currency-v1 | The display currency you picked (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF). You are still charged in euros. | Until you clear it |
| oxsea-chat-v1 | Your conversation with the site assistant, in session storage. | When the tab closes |
| oxsea-lang-suggestion-dismissed | Remembers that you closed the banner suggesting another language. | When the tab closes |
| Stripe checkout session | On the payment page hosted by Stripe: security and fraud prevention. See stripe.com/cookies-policy. | Set by Stripe |
The display language uses no cookie: it is carried by the page address (/en/, /es/...).
3. Analytics (with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to know which pages are read. It only loads after your consent in the "Analytics" category of the banner, and stops if you withdraw it. It then sets the _ga cookie and a _ga_ cookie followed by the measurement ID, kept for 13 months at most.
4. Advertising (off)
No advertising pixel is installed to date. If we add one, it will be subject to your consent in the "Advertising" category of the banner and described here.
5. From your browser
You can also delete the website's storage or block cookies in your browser settings. The cart will then be emptied and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Manage my preferences
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change or clear it at any time.
