underwater. Real time depends on your breathing, the depth and the effort.

The OX500 is the entry point to the OXSEA range: 0.5 litre of air at 200 bar, a silicone mouthpiece you keep in your mouth and a built-in gauge. Up to 8 minutes underwater to check a propeller, free an anchor or explore around the boat.

What it is for

Pool, occasional snorkelling, small jobs under the hull: the OX500 keeps to the essentials. It slips into a bag and refills with the pump, no electricity needed. If you want your hands free or the OXAIR mask, look at the OX500Plus.

Questions about the OX500

Is the OX500 a good first tank?

Yes. It is the simplest tank in the range: a mouthpiece, a gauge in front of your eyes, a refill with the manual pump. Watch the assembly video and read the safety guide before the first outing.

Can the OXAIR mask be connected to it?

No. The OXAIR mask fits the OX500Plus and the OX1000, which have an external regulator.

How long does it take to fill?

About 20 minutes with the manual pump, about 12 minutes with the mini compressor, around one minute from a dive cylinder with the transfer station.
