What is in the pack
Everything you need to dive and refill, in a single box.

1 × 12 V / 220 V mini compressor
Refills 0.5 L and 1 L tanks from a battery or the mains
View this item on its ownThe OX500 tank holds 0.5 litre of air at 200 bar, for up to 8 minutes underwater. It is held in the mouth, no harness, with its built-in gauge.
The mini compressor fills the tank in around 12 minutes for 0.5 litre and around 20 minutes for 1 litre. It plugs into a 12 V battery or a 220 V mains socket.
What for: checking a propeller, freeing an anchor, cleaning an anode, discovering underwater breathing in a pool or near the surface. No diving certification needed, but the safety rules in our guide apply.
Three ways to fill the OX500. The manual pump, no electricity, in around 20 minutes. The 12 V / 220 V mini compressor, in around 12 minutes. The DIN or yoke transfer station, connected to a dive cylinder, in around a minute.
The built-in gauge shows when the tank is full: stop at 200 bar.
Plug the compressor into a 12 V battery or a 220 V socket, connect the tank and start filling. Allow around 12 minutes for 0.5 litre and around 20 minutes for 1 litre.
Watch the pressure and stop at 200 bar. The built-in filter needs changing regularly: the School video shows how.
The DIN or yoke transfer station is not included with this product.
Rinse the tank and its accessories with fresh water after every outing at sea or in the pool, then let them dry in the shade.
Check the regulator seals and the burst disc: they can be replaced in a few minutes, with a School tutorial to follow.
Never force a connector. If you hear a hiss, the leak-location video tells you where to look.
The compressor filter needs changing regularly: it protects the air you breathe. Store the compressor somewhere dry.
The OXSEA School videos show every step, product by product.

3rd purchase
This is not my first purchase. The whole family has several. Enough said. Perfect for snorkeling and having a backup air supply for quick dives. Easy to use, no issues. My son loves it with the full-face mask. Durable equipment.

Fabrice

Given to a marine biologist: she’s delighted. The kit comes complete, ready for the mini-dive.

Michel
No issues.
Easy setup. Fills in about 10 minutes using the compressor. Runtime of 15 to 20 minutes, depending on air flow and your breathing. Easy to use, reliable equipment. Excellent purchase, I recommend it.
